Patricia M. Hutson, MBA, CPA
Ms. Hutson serves as the President and Managing Principal of Jenkins & Company, PC. She has over 25 years of accounting and tax experience throughout a variety of industries as well as being a past member of the adjunct faculties at both Davenport University and Lawrence Technological University in the undergraduate and graduate accounting programs.
She is well versed in the challenges faced by the small and medium sized business owner and specializes in crafting a well-rounded approach to each unique tax situation. In addition, she has developed a close network of professional advisors whose expertise is available when it is appropriate to pursue retirement planning, financial advising, legal matters and trust and estate planning.
Ms. Hutson received her BA in Accounting from Adrian College in 1985 and her MBA from Oakland University in 1992. She is a member in good standing of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).
She serves on the MICPA Professional Ethics Task Force, whose role it is to encourage ethical and creditable conduct by CPAs practicing in the state of Michigan and to uphold and enforce the Professional Code of Conduct.
Ms. Hutson is licensed to practice public accounting in Michigan.
